Please read the following:

The service request system is only for your GeoPortal representative and administrator.  Individual users with service requests should contact their internal GeoPortal representative first, who will handle it or can escalate your request through this system if necessary.

HOW TO USE:

If you are a GeoPortal representative / application administrator, describe a new service request or select an existing service request from the list of your requests on the left side of the form.

Fill in all mandatory fields and add any supporting documents with the "Related Documents" button.

Click "Add" or "Update" to submit the new / updated request.

This system enables you to initiate and track service requests associated with your Municipal GeoPortal services. 

This system is not intended for new service or product requests.  If you would like these, please contact us directly.

Note: if you are expecting an email from us, please check your "Junk" email folder.  Some users have noted that emails from us ( ) are going to their Junk email folder.  If that is happening, change your Outlook settings (in the Action menu for Junk Email) to "Add Sender's Domain to Safe Senders List".
